Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) $5.50 or calculated at checkout

Shipping costs are calcuolated based on your order total and destination address at checkout.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Free shipping is available on your orders over $75.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@poochcouture.co within [7 days] of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
