Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally for $15 or free for orders over $75 USD
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return sign in to your account, find your order and tap “request return” or you can email us within 30 days of your order arriving. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Once your return is received and approved, you’l receive store credit for the returned item(s) to use towards a future purchase.
Returned items must be unworn/unused and free of pet hair with tags attached.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are free. Email us within 30 days or simply file a return request > sign in to your account > find order > tap “request return” If you need an exchange, email us with your new preferred size, subject to availability. Price difference must be paid before the new item is shipped.
Where is the size chart?
You can find the product measurement chart on the third image of any product. We’ll be happy to help with sizing questions, send us a DM for the quickest reply.
Where are Pooch Couture products made?
Pooch couture products are designed and made in Danville, California. With some items recently being manufactured in San Francisco as of September 2026.
