Who can get a free sample?

Only members from this group will be approved for free samples.

The limit is 2 items per person per new collection.

Not everyone is eligible. TikTok will allow free sample requests from those with 1,500 followers + sold $50 in 30 days + 1,500 average views per video + medium to high post rate.

Refundable sample

Everyone is eligible to request a refundable sample. Your order will be refunded after generating at least one order.

Inactive members

Creators who’ve been inactive (not posting Pooch, not engaging with others, just stepping back) will be removed from the group after 3 months of inactivity.
